The GPMHSC quality-assurance program
The GPMHSC Secretariat will conduct several quality-assurance reviews during 2021.
The quality-assurance program ensures all accredited-skills training activities continue to meet the standards outlined in the Mental health training standard 2020–22: a guide for training providers. The program also gives you the opportunity to openly discuss your mental health activities and receive feedback as part of your continuous improvement and evaluation processes.
The Secretariat will contact training providers with activities selected for review and will arrange for attendance and explain the quality-assurance process in detail.
