Importing GP Mental Health Treatment Plan templates into practice software systems
You can now download the revised GP Mental Health Treatment Plan (GP MHTP) templates in Rich Text Format (RTF). RTF versions of the templates are able to be imported into general practice software systems, such as Best Practice and MedicalDirector.
Remember that it’s not necessary to complete all sections or fields when preparing a mental health care plan. You can choose to adapt the templates according to the needs of your patients and practice.
