New resources available on psychotic disorders

The Department of Developmental Disability Neuropsychiatry at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) Sydney has recently conducted research on the health service needs of people with schizophrenia and related psychotic disorders.

Two resources were developed as part of this research, one for health professionals and one for people with lived experience of psychotic disorders.

Improving health outcomes for people with psychotic disorders is a one-page overview of the research for health professionals, including a summary of key findings.

Information for people with psychotic disorders is a consumer resource designed with the help of a person with a lived experience of psychotic disorders. We suggest displaying the consumer resource in your waiting room.

Visit the UNSW Sydney website for more information on the research.
