Mental Health Professionals’ Network (MHPN) is a national initiative that aims to improve interdisciplinary and collaborative mental health care practices between psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers and GPs.

Professional network meetings can provide a forum for practitioners to connect, build relationships, provide peer support and improve referral pathways for their patients. For GPs, this is particularly important because patients with mental health concerns are more likely to see their GP first than any other mental health professional.
